Wanakijiji, kwema hapa?

Naomba msaada kwa wenye ujuzi wa hili. Niliweka picha zangu kwenye CD, siku nyingi zilizopita. Leo nimejaribu kuzifungua hazifunguki. Nimejaribu, na kujaribu na kujaribu, wapi. Utaalam umeniishia- kila nikijaribu kufungua inagoma (kinatokea kile kikombe cha search/working, niki-click inagoma kabisa- program not responding), mara nyingine program zote zagoma hata internet inabidi nifunge kila kitu na kuanza upya.
Na hizi picha ni kumbukumbu muhimu we acha tu.

Tatizo ni kwamba CD haifunguki natumia Windows XP, kila nikiiweka CD na kujaribu kuifungua picha ama ma-file hayafunguki napata message program not responding, hivyo kwa uelewa wangu sijui kama tatizo ni CD ama Computer; lakini nahisi ni CD kwani nikiweka CD zingine zinafunguka kama kawaida. Nahisi umenipata sasa?
