Three very drunk guys got into a taxi and demanded to be taken home. The taxi driver swiched on the car and switched it off a minute later and told them they had arrived. The first drunk paid the driver and got out. The second drunk said thank you and got out. The third drunk went to the driver and slapped him and told him ,"Thats for driving too fast, you could have got us killed you fool"

Reminds me of our readers. They are like drunkards. When Mwinyi took power, he was too busy trying to hermonise between the major religions of Tz. By the time he realised he could do nothing but bring more chaos it was too late: 1995 has already arived: he ended up with big scandals , the Cahvda case being one.
Then came another drunk (or was he reincarnated?), Mkapa. He was too busy running every where like a mad monkey, Westerners givinghim a lot of big ups, he became the globalization icon for Africa, as arunning mate of Tony Blair, he was too drunk to realise the tricks that was being made to make him busy , so that he doesn't witness any deal in the privatization process, the funny mining acts. Too drunk, that he believed everything that was put in paper for him to read in public....billions of figures of success he has made during his tenure: but then 2005 came too soon before he could realise. By the time he became sober , he realised how foolish he was: EPA, MINING ACTS, PRIVATIZATION DEALS, RADAR, to mention but a few. In disbelief he just found that TONY Blair was mockingg at him when he was trotting arround the world preaching something he hardly new! DRUNK EH?
And then came Kikwete: He was taken by suprise into AU, he became too busy solving problems of other countries, trotting in full swing, fully loaded in wines of pride,. He has made a name I tell, you , like any drunkard who is known in every bar for his generousity of offering booze to fellows while they mock at him. He has silenced the Kenyan's. He has shown his mighty to The Commoros. He has shaken hands and even hugged George Bush, the Friend. He is the first 'black" AFRICAN PRESIDENt, to visit the oval office under first US first ever black president. GREAT UH! very great. But ,...look when he comes back.....he finds there is no democracy that he has preached so much. The Busanda. The Mbeya polls. What a shame? How do you meet Obama in such circumstances?. Then ...2010 is around: he finds the Taxi driver has been too fast. Will he slap anybody ? Will he dare slap the TAXI driver for driving too fast? Let's see.......the mess is incredulous: TRL, NBC, Richmond/Dowans, TICS, Buzwagi, Kiwira, and the list is endless. Will he dare slap the TAXI driver for driving TOO FAST? Time will tell.....we are 6 months to 2010. I can't see the sign of the Taxi driver slowing any soon.......
