Why muslims rush into the Western World for asylum or economic migration?

Why muslims rush into the western world for asylum or economic migration rather than going to countries like Indonesia or Malasyia where their religion and culture are similar? or let alone venture into moderate countries like Iran, Quatar etc.

Muslim hate Muslim life style ie sharia.
they like standard life/westernize lifestyle.
i have been visiting there at UK embassy in Dar es salaam 95%of the visa applicants you gonna meet there are Muslim origin ie zanzibarian,pembas and other arabs.
life in arabs world though welloff become bittter because of sharia and lack of democratic leadership!

Jingo you need more evidence to make sound conclusion. The following questions might help you to research more on this aspect
Are muslims afraid of sharia? Is sharia law applicable in zanzibar? don't confuse between sharia law and kadhi courts. Do you know the jurisdiction of the Kadhi courts in zanzibar? Do you know that 97% of zanzibarians are muslims? so if 95% of the visa applicants are muslims from zanzibar does it mean they are bitter of sharia?

I do not believe that they rush to the Western World. I believe that the western world has better organized and open immigration procedures. So called muslim countries tend to be closed and even mysterious. It is easier to immigrate to Canda,USA etc than to Indonesia, in my opinion such countries tend to be suspicious of foreigners.

Also remember people tend to immigrate to countries where they will find familiar human support ( Friends and familly) I do not personally know any Tanzanian who has Indonesian Citizenship ( Naturalized) When I want to make a decision to migrate, I always ask friends whether they know anybody in that country who can walk me into how I can apply for work, school etc.

Also I think to believe that Muslims flock into the Western world is a generalization. Do we have statistics for this? Do we know about Iraqis who migrated to Jordan? Are we talking about Tanzanian Muslims only?
